    Persistence Recruitment, in collaboration with Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is representing Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project.

    Job Description:

    As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud platforms, collaborating with various internal and external teams. Your role will involve defining technical direction, managing implementations, and ensuring the security and efficiency of cloud solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Cloud Architecture Design:

    • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security Operations, Network Operations, and other solution architects to design and implement cloud platforms.
    • Understand and implement DevOps practices and industry trends in cloud technologies.

    Technical Direction and Roadmap:

    • Define the technical direction and roadmap for cloud migrations.
    • Manage the implementation of technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

    Cloud Service Expertise:

    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key AWS and Azure services.
    • Experience with services like EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, VPC, ElastiCache, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53, CloudFront, SNS, IAM, ECS, EKS, DirectConnect, Service Catalog, Systems Manager, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, etc.

    Security and Encryption:

    • Implement and develop security/encryption for On-Prem-Cloud integration and cloud components.
    • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

    Cloud Native Platforms:

    • Work on the design and automation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities.
    • Experience with AWS offerings like Redshift, Glue, etc.

    Cost Optimization:

    • Evaluate AWS hosting consumption charges and implement cost optimization strategies.

    Cloud Fitment Models:

    • Develop Cloud Fitment Models, Cloud Business Case, Cloud Architecture and Design, Cloud Security, Cloud Infrastructure, network & storage Design.

    Certification:

    • Hold a certification as an AWS Solutions Architect Professional.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect.
    • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native platforms.
    • Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
