The role is criticalfor the Manufacturing Processes helping in driving MFG Excellence.The Asset Operation Engineer works with other team members globallyto create opportunities to continuously recognize and achieve highstandards in terms of plant performance.

TheAsset Operation Engineer assures operations Discipline complianceand drives Operational Integrity Maturity level to the higheststandards bringing State of Art models/tools in operatingPetrochemical Facilities Globally guided by Manufacturing Strategyplans.

Responsibilities:

• TheAsset Operation Engineer is an active team member of a High CaliberOperations Experts Professionals that are providing FunctionalOwnership of different aspects of AssetOperation.
• The role is critical for theManufacturing Processes helping in driving MFGExcellence.
• The Asset Operation Engineer workswith other team members globally to create opportunities tocontinuously recognize and achieve high standards in terms of plantperformance.
• The Asset Operation Engineerassures operations Discipline compliance and drivesOperational
  Integrity Maturity level to the higheststandards bringing stateoftheart models/tools inoperating
  Petrochemical Facilities Globally guided byManufacturing Strategy plans.
• The AssetOperation Engineer delivers knowledge sharing through developmentand conducting
  specialized training programs to leverageown experience and skills to enhance the site
  frontlines(Supervisors engineers and Operations) personnelKnowledge.
• The Asset Operation Engineer retainsoperational knowledge through sharing and ensuring learnings areembedded in all relevant systems (BP SMS PDPs SES ) andsupports different assessment types (i.e. AIR ALC TARA ).
• The Asset Operation Engineerprovides expertise for critical RCAs Cold Eye reviews all
• The Asset Operation Engineer providesareas of expertise to achieve Excellence in EHSS Reliable AssetUtilization and Operation Cost Optimization across all GlobalSites
  through:
  
  1. Leveraging AOexpertise in enhancing EHSS and Quality Management systemdeployment
  requirements and continuanceimprovement.
  2. Conducting advanced analysis leveraging AOcompetencies (Modeling Simulation Sensitivity
  analysis ) to deliver the most optimized Solutions &Improvements for the client sites globally.
  3. Developmentand deployment of worldclass practices and functional expertiseutilizing internal
  Networking & knowledgemanagement and sharing related experiences
  4. Identifyimprovement opportunities through internal networks and assembleTaskforce Team to leverage the Learning and Value Creation to allthe clients Sites Globally.
  5. Develop mediumlongtermstrategies and work with sites globally to support the executionsand endorse the achieved maturities.
  6. Participate inProjects and growth to deliver expertise in Asset Operation invirus of Project Stages (including the Manufacturing Philosophyconsultation and PRP participation).
  7. SupportT&Irelated projects process sustainability energy andcarbon neutrality related to Asset Operation.
  8. Supportdeployment monitoring and validation of the DigitalizationSolutions

MustHaves:

• Holdinga Chemical Engineeringcertificate
• 15 years experiencein the petrochemical industry inmanufacturing with substantial exposureto
  operational EHSSrequirements and technicalactivities
• Recent experience withOlefins &Utilities
• Recent experiencewith Petrochemical Efficiency Improvement and CostOptimization
• Excellent knowledgeof the RCA methodologies andcertified RCAleader
• RecentManufacturingExperience
• Recentprocess engineeringexperience
