- Sales management and follow up on generating new leads to achieve targets
- Maintains high sales performance planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Establish and manage/update a database and implement a go to market plan (B2B & B2C)
- Pricing and annual forecasting by analyzing market trends, results and consolidating reports and recommendations and report periodically
- Assure collection process is taking place smoothly for villas and sub developer's dues
- Provide the market study pricing when needed for targeted products and areas & visit the surrounding competitors to verify their prices, sales and products
- Visual visits to each of our projects to check the improvements
- Follow up on the sales department's work by visiting the relevant authorities
