    Our client is a leading contracting companyin Jeddah Saudi Arabia seeking askilled and experienced HR Director tojoin their team. As the HR Director you will be responsible foroverseeing all aspects of human resources management and driving HRstrategies to support the achievement of organizationalgoals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Developand implement HR strategies policies and programs aligned with theorganizations overall goals andobjectives.
    2. Oversee performance appraisal andperformance management processes to ensure fair and effectiveevaluation of employee performance and the development of actionplans for career growth.
    3. Provide guidance andsupport to managers and employees on employee relations mattersensuring compliance with relevant employment laws andregulations.
    4. Lead the development andimplementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistentand fair treatment of employees and compliance with legalrequirements.
    5. Oversee payroll administrationensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliancewith payrollrelated regulations.
    6. Lead therecruitment and selection process including job posting candidatescreening interviewing and selection to attract and retain toptalent.
    7. Work closely with the leadership teamto develop and implement HR strategies that support businessobjectives including talent management succession planning andorganizational development.
    8. Act as a strategicpartner to the executive team providing HR insights andrecommendations to support decisionmaking and drive organizationalperformance.
    9. Ensure HR practices are in linewith local employment laws and regulations and provide guidance onlegal compliance matters.
    10. Foster a positivework environment promoting employee engagement and implementinginitiatives to enhance employee satisfaction andretention.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    2. Fluent in both English and Arabiclanguages (spoken and written).
    3. 20 years ofprogressive HR experience with at least 5 years in an HR Directorrole.
    4. Strong knowledge of HR principlespractices and employment laws.
    5. Provenexperience in performance management talent acquisition employeerelations and HR policy development.
    6. Strategicmindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with businessobjectives.
    7. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influencestakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
    8. Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills.
    9. Ability to handleconfidential and sensitive information with the utmostdiscretion
