For this bid we are seeking a StationOperation Manager

Responsibilities:
Overview thecontractors management of the passenger stations incl. Platformmanagement (e.g. crowd management) station staffing

Development and execution of knowledge transfer for allstation operation related disciplines Management of all aspects ofstation facilities including but not limited to customer servicecleanliness security and passenger amenities Ensure a seamless andpleasant experience for passengers at all stations and at all timesOversee the daily operations of stations ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction Supervise station staff including customerservice representatives security personnel and cleaning crewsImplement customer service standards and training programs forstation employees Monitor station cleanliness maintenance andsafety protocols Coordinate with vendors for station amenitiesservices and retail spaces Address customer complaints feedback andinquiries to enhance passenger experience Collaborate withmarketing teams for station branding and promotional activitiesEnsure stations comply with accessibility standards and regulationsReport contractors compliance with the station operation plansPropose amendments of plans where necessary
• Reportreactions and measures taken by contractors in abnormal operationsituations

Qualifications:
Project management skills Railway Operation background (passenger highspeed or long distanceintercity) Min. academic degree: B.Sc.Engineering Min. 10 years in the railIndustry Min. 5 years in leadershipposition Min. 10 years in a similarposition International experiencepreference GCC English (fluent) Arabic(preferred) German (preferred)
