- Understand and create or manage the creation of project programs/schedules for the planning, design, and construction of golf courses and vertical assets.
- Understanding and ability to build cost models and contribute to and interrogate cost consultant models and estimates.
- Liaise with the wider Golf Saudi team and understand operational considerations that impact the design of golf facilities such as clubhouses, academies, maintenance facilities, comfort stations, etc.
- Candidate is to be Self-motivated to understand and prioritize deliverables and responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of work product.
- 10 years working in the design or construction industry.
- Middle East Experience.
- Golf industry experience – development, design, or construction/project management.
- Hospitality Facilities Experience – hotels, clubhouses, etc.

The Technical Services Development Director's key role is to lead the Technical Services delivery for the Advisory & Golf Management Services Dept of Golf Saudi to support client design and development projects from Pre Concept Design to Pre-Opening Development.
Golf Saudi provides technical guidance to clients for the development of Golf Courses and Golf Facilities required to support the golf courses. For the delivery of these services, Golf Saudi is seeking a candidate to join the Advisory department to work within the existing team. The typical project assists with the total project delivery from developing a project positioning strategy to being part of the client team to advise on all golf-related inputs of the developing design and operations plan. The entire lifecycle and design decisions of a project are reviewed and directed to assist the clients in creating the best possible projects.
The Candidate will be an integral part of the overall client team providing perspective on every design decision from a Golf perspective.
Candidate will be required to travel to project offices around the Kingdom to attend meetings and workshops, meetings, and presentations. The candidate will be capable of working within and leading team assignments.
