    Role Overview:


    Set the strategic agenda and execution plan to drive Non-carbonated beverage business growth in KSA as well as new beverage categories entry including equity building initiatives, brand in-market performance activities and brand P&L delivery while in parallel building overall NCB and innovations team functional and leadership capabilities.


    Responsibilities:
    Identify opportunities and entry strategy into new and non-carbonated beverage categories leveraging demand science across communication, innovation and occasion building pillars

    Own insight generation and performance tracking to identify growth opportunities for the NCB portfolio

    Deliver portfolio brand growth targets including share growth as well as NR & NOPBT

    Lead the development and execution of effective AOP initiatives in line with strategic ambition

    Lead creative, digital and media agencies to maximize creative excellence and deliver world class campaigns

    Partner with Sector and global innovation and commercialization teams to bring new categories to life in KSA

    Collaborate with the franchise team to ensure continuous alignment of bottling partners on marketing programs and brand plans

    Coach & support NCB team to build capability and drive the team to focus on Ôbeing consumer centric' and raise the bar on talent and diversity

    Partner health authorities and major event organizers to ensure visibility of our transformation initiatives to the public and target consumers

    Partner with sustainability team to ensure the delivery of pep+ agenda with focus on sugar reduction journey and sustainable packaging


    Qualifications:
    Experience/Education

    University Degree - BA


    Minimum Of 5 To 7 Years Of Relevant Experience
    Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively in English & Arabic

    Competencies

    Leadership Skills, able to lead conversation with bottlers and senior management.

    Multitasker:
    Able to handle several campaigns and activities launching across different markets at the same time

    Strong Communication Skills

    Dealing with Ambiguity
