- Health Care providers (HCP) relationship management- Deliver performance and beyond in the portfolio. Create a pre-call plan & effectively evaluate calls and documents post-call. Effectively handle objections and gain a logical call to action/close on every call. Educate medical providers and staff
- Clinical and Market Knowledge Development - Share best practice to enhance business success across the Brand Teams. Initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan for current position & future opportunities. Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence expertise
- Territory Management - Develop and update an engagement plan focused on key HCPs to exceed goals. Develop a cycle journey plan that optimizes coverage and frequency to key HCPs and ensures the ability to achieve call plan metrics. Maintain accurate sample accountability. Mentor new reps to enhance collaborative ways of working. Network with the field team to ensure support to best address the HCP needs
- Preferred that you have a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.
- 1 year+ experience as a Product Specialist
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs and disease area requirements
- Good understanding of the market challenges and opportunities
- Great sense of ethics and integrity
- Curiosity and ability to learn and improve
