- Hold aBachelors degree in Finance Economics or Accounting. An MBA ispreferred.
- Possess a minimum of seven yearsexperience in the oil & gas industry or leading a debt capitalmarket structuring/syndication team.
- Possess afinancial certification such as CPA CMA CTP or CFA.
- Have extensive experience in securing a corporate creditrating or a relevant understanding of rating agencies.
- Capable of interfacing with senior management in anadvisory capacity.

Job Summary
We areseeking a Project Finance Lead Financial Analyst/Consultant to jointhe Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD).CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in This Companywith an objective of providing expert financial advice toorganizations developing new businesses or joint ventures;coordinating the Finance Organizations overall involvement in suchdevelopment activities and; obtaining Debt and equity capital forsuch new business ventures when appropriate. Successful candidateswill be responsible for providing expert analysis on the projectfinancing and/or structured financing of potential joint venturesmergers and acquisitions in the energy chemicals power andinfrastructure business sectors.
