    Job Description

    The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the High-Quality Casual Dining industry, dedicated to optimizing the operations of our upscale establishments.

    This role ensures a seamless, cost-efficient, and sales-driven environment while prioritizing the customer journey and profitability.

    Financial Management and Budget Oversight:
    Develop and manage budgets for each location.
    Control and manage the area and outlets P&L
    Maintain and control Food & Beverage costs in line with the budgeted %
    Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
    Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Maintain the Payroll % per area and outlet in line with budgeted %


    Operational Excellence in High-Quality Dining:
    Spearhead efforts to enhance operational excellence in a High-Quality Casual Dining setting.
    Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, coordinating operations effectively.
    Implement best practices for streamlining operations to ensure efficiency.
    Collaborate with individual restaurant and cafe managers to enhance day-to-day operations.
    Implement best practices to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
    Ensure true guest delight through delivering the optimal guest Journey.


    Quality Control:
    Ensure consistent quality standards in food preparation and service.
    Monitor and maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
    Conduct regular quality audits to uphold guest satisfaction.


    Customer Service Excellence:
    Champion a customer-centric culture.
    Address customer feedback and implement strategies for enhanced guest satisfaction.
    Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.


    Team Leadership:
    Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant or cafe managers and their teams.
    Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
    Oversee staffing, recruitment, and training initiatives.


    Expansion and Growth Strategies:
    Collaborate with senior management on expansion plans and new ventures.
    Participate in the opening of new locations.
    Ensure seamless integration of new establishments into the existing operational framework.


    Marketing:
    Work with Marketing Department and the Event Sales Team to ensure maximum revenues and covers.
    Drive the business and Marketing activities in line with the Marketing Calendar.

    Requirements




    Qualifications and Experience:
    ‒ Proven experience (7 years) in senior operational roles within the Fine Dining industry.
    ‒ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    ‒ Cost-saving strategies and financial acumen.
    ‒ Multitasking and agile management skills in a busy, upscale environment.
