COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Makeen is a Joint Venture formed by Saudi Aramco, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur) to manufacture, build, sell and service marine and land-based 2 and 4-stroke engines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
3. Prepare quotation based on the clients' request
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
7. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
8. Identify sales opportunities in the market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
9. Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally
10. Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
11. Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
12. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
13. Support management decision with market, customer, competition information
Qualification & Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable and problem-solving mindsets.
