- Train new and existing waitstaff on hospital service etiquettes and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily schedules and workload effectively.
- Ensure that food orders are properly taken, sent to the kitchen, prepared, and served within hospital food safety guidelines.
- Monitor the dining environment, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, and handle customer complaints and concerns diplomatically.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and food, ensuring waste is minimized and promptly reported.
- Assist in the selection and hiring process of new staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure all waitstaff comply with hospital food handling and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare facility will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
