- Work closely with various departments to gather and document their specific requirements related to Banner Student Information System functionality.
- Configure and customize the Banner Student Information System to meet the institution's requirements, including creating and maintaining data elements, pages/forms, workflows, and reports.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively utilize the system and take advantage of its features.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend system enhancements, and improvements to optimize the functionality and user experience.
