    Position:
    Contract Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts for various transactions.
    • Review contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
    • Analyze contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
    • Recommend and draft contract provisions and amendments.
    • Review supplier contract terms and conditions.
    • Negotiate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties.
    • Ensure contract terms comply with relevant legal requirements, regulations, and policies.
    • Advise internal departments on innovative and costeffective ways to comply with contractual obligations.
    • Provide accurate updates on all outstanding contractual documents to management as required through required systems or tracking mechanisms.
    • Establish standards for the quality review of data sources.
    • Generate cash flow analysis and payment schedules for agreements in accordance with contract management guidelines for review by senior members of the division
    • Assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multitiered system application standards.
    • Assist management and subject matter experts (SME) in maintaining harmonized contract processes and client relationships.
    • Analyze actual monthly expenses vs. contract obligations during the regular monthly close cycle and prepare monthly contract journal entries.
    • Lead negotiations for all assigned agreements with moderate management support.
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections.
    • Maintain contractrelated documents and correspondence
    • Serve as contract management lead for strategic accounts, as assigned.
    • Perform contract management tasks on mediumcomplexity projects, as assigned.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of contracts management experience, preferably in the energy industry
    • Advanced knowledge of KSA contract laws/regulations
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Exceptional negotiation skills

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or lawrelated field of study.
