    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our equipment management operations for a Heavy Machinery and Equipment business startup.

    This role involves managing the procurement and rental of heavy machinery, ensuring efficient utilization and maintenance of equipment, and adhering to all safety regulations.

    The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in equipment management, import/export, and technical knowledge of heavy machinery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the procurement and rental of heavy machinery and equipment.
    • Monitor equipment inventory and usage to ensure all assets are accounted for.
    • Implement an effective check-in/check-out system for equipment.
    • Plan and schedule equipment maintenance to ensure optimal working condition.
    • Train employees on proper use and safety protocols for equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Oversee import/export operations related to heavy machinery and equipment.
    • Collaborate with various departments to optimize resource allocation.
    • Provide reports and updates to senior management regarding equipment usage, costs, and performance.

    Requirements and Experience:
