RiseRelay, a premier recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading client in the technology sector to identify a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Distribution Manager for Drones and Autonomous Systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy across various channels to drive sales of drones, autonomous systems, and EVTOL solutions in the Saudi Arabia market. This position demands an individual with a strong sales background and established relationships with government, semi-government entities, large offtakes, e-commerce platforms, and distributors within the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government, semi-government, and private sector clients to ensure a steady offtake of products.
• Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with developers to understand product offerings and craft compelling sales pitches.
• Manage distribution channels, including e-commerce websites and physical stores, ensuring efficient and widespread availability of products.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on drones, autonomous systems, or related products.
• Strong network of contacts in the government, semi-government, and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel as needed within Saudi Arabia and potentially internationally.
