Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential clients' technical needs, especially concerning their Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and oversee vital production database systems using Kubernetes.
• Handle data and schema updates in both the development phase and actual deployment.
• Administer SQL and NoSQL databases, along with in-memory key-value databases.
• Assess and implement caching techniques to boost database efficiency and expandability.
• Utilize your coding and scripting expertise to streamline operations, enhance analyses, and boost monitoring capabilities.
• Offer support and management for client environments, prioritizing their stability and efficiency.

Skills requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in Data Warehouse or Data Analysis fields.
• Strong understanding towards Kubernetes, docker containers and to deploy on-premise Kubernetes services.
• Adept at performing ETL and data engineering tasks, utilizing a range of private cloud services.
• Familiarity with other container orchestration platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of database principles and optimization strategies.
• Proficient in programming for data extraction and transformation from various sources.
• Proficiency with alternative Kubernetes management platforms like Rancher, Mirantis, or others.
• Familiarity with scalable databases and data processing solutions like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch.
• Proficient in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Skills Nice to have:

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator or similar qualifications.
• Certification in Database/SQL/NoSQL or equivalent experience.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, ArgoCD).
• Proficiency in the Arabic language is highly preferred.
