    BACKGROUND

    RISE is an independent marketing and commercial services consultancy, who work with notable clients across the GCC region to maximise business and brand returns on their investments by providing a range of services tailored specifically towards achieving commercial objectives.     ROLE TITLE

    RISE is on the lookout for a seasoned HR Manager. This pivotal role is designed for a leader whose operational expertise and strategic vision will keep the HR department's engine running seamlessly, delivering unparalleled value and support to our workforce and, ultimately, to the RISE brand across KSA & UAE.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The HR Manager at RISE will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the operational facets of our human resource practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to support the planning and execution of our HR strategy and initiatives, ensuring they are in line with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a key driver in promoting and instilling our workplace values, and crafting a constructive company culture that aligns with our vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and implement robust operational HR systems and processes that reinforce HR best practice.

    ● Ensure the HR operational activities support a happy, productive workplace, and that employment practices comply with regulatory requirements.

    ● Serve as a vital link between management and employees, adeptly managing relations, addressing demands, grievances, or any other employee-related issues.

    ● Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, systems and processes to best support the businesses human resource compliance and strategy needs.

    ● Promote a positive organisational culture that reflects RISE's values and encourages a committed and engaged workforce.

    ● Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

    ● Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.

    ● Administer or support the development and administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits; leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; training and development and occupational health and safety.

    ● Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.

    ● Pro-active guidance of both management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing RISE values.

    ● Working closely with our People & Culture Lead to create a positive, engaged working environment for our employees.

    CRITERIA

    To be considered for this position you must have

    ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous

    ● CIPD Level 5+ certified

    ● Proven experience as an influential HR Manager, or similar role.

    ● Experience in a fast growing, multidisciplinary business where you are comfortable in growing and developing the HR Team

    ● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, Employee lifecycle functions, methods, and best

    practices.

    ● Solid understanding of KSA & UAE employment labour legislation.

    ● Ability to strategize and formulate the HR impact/outcomes on business plans.

    ● Strong leadership qualities with a dedication to driving and achieving results.

    ● Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills

    ● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

    ● Ability to handle data with confidence and confidentiality.

    ● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    ● Bilingual proficiency is preferred, with fluency in English and Arabic.
