We are looking for Saudi licensed pharmacist to assist the Unit Lead to plan, implement and manage all activities required for the effective working of Method Development & Method Validation and perform all analytical processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical/stability indicating methods/protocols of all PSI products and associated Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure timely testing of incoming raw materials, in process and final product according to the set specifications and validated methods and schedule the daily working.
• Develop and implement proper methods for the laboratory reagent preparation and standardization and ensure their maintenance. Maintain the inventory of laboratory reagent /chemicals and raise the PRs when required.
• Handle the retained samples of the trial sample/pilot batch and/or final product under control conditions and ensure proper record keeping. Conduct regular check-up of the retained sample to ensure their proper storage and handling.
• Inspect trial sample/pilot batch and/or final product under control conditions and evaluate what action should be taken regarding stability of product.
• Manage reference standard/in-house working standard and ensure their validity in the R&D labs.
• Ensure that all instruments in lab are traceable & timely calibrated against known recognized standards and its operation under controlled condition.
• Develop validation protocols for validation of methods and equipment in the R&D Lab.
• Ensure that the R&D lab is complied with all regulatory norms and safety guidelines. Ensure that lab staff is trained on regulatory & safety aspects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Licensed with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (Clinical Pharmacist/ Pharmacist/ Specialist ).
• Experience: 1-2 Years in a QC or R & D Lab in a pharma company.
• Communication English – Arabic (verbal & written)
