Draft and review agreements contracts purchase orders non-disclosure agreements and master service agreements to ensure all legal terms are properly addressed Provide legal advice and consultation to leadership consultants and committees regarding cases contracts and regulatory updates Ensure company compliance with regulations issued by SAMA and other relevant government authorities
