    JobDescription:

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    • Provides technical direction to ateam of Architects and design personnel engaged in all phases of amediumsized architectural project or several smaller projects.

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Responsible for the technical excellence of thearchitectural tasks and analyses performed and for onschedulecompletion within or below budget in accordance with contractualobligations.
      • Reviews project documents for technicalaccuracy and conducts infield reviews of project quality to ensureadherence to project plan.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

    • Degreequalification in relevant field.
    • 20 yearsexperience.
    • Member of recognizedinternational professional body.
    • Experiencein delivering complex projects in excess of 50 million USD in asimilar role.
      • Good communicator.

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

    • Requires proficiency in the application of architecturaldesign standards practices techniques and concepts.
    • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packagestypically associated with architectural design is also required aswell as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strongpresentation skills
