Job summary
The Senior Learning Operations Manager is responsible for delivering and providing high quality safety compliance, process and on-boarding training to ensure that our associates are set up for success. This role requires the ability to understand the business needs, analyse issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning.
