    MYPScience Instructional Coach needed for an IB school in
    (ExpatCandidatesneeded)
    QualificationandExpereince
    Graduateand PG in Science with relevant IB;
    TheScience Instructional Coach will provide instructional support andcoaching to all grades of the School and they work to ensure thateach student can reach his or her academic The primary role is towork with Homeroom teachers to support best practices in usingdata, provide analysis of school-wide trends in instruction, andmake recommendations about potential next steps to address areas of

    IB(PYP and MYP) experience
    At least 7 years of teachingexperience in ;
    3 years of experience leading otherteachers to achieve strong academic results
    Experienceworking with adult learners, coaching teachers, and deliveringprofessional
    Knowledge of content andpedagogy

    Role-Working with the academic staff (grade level chairs,assistant principals, principals) in the school to support sharingof best
    Observing instructional delivery and providingfeedback to enhance and support the development of each teacher scontent
    Supporting teachers in the design of units andlessons for the development of their yearlong
    Analysingdata to modify curriculum and forms of assessment to meet students

    Responsibilities
    Collaboratewith Homeroom Teachers to plan and deliver Science
    Aligning high-priorityinitiatives and outcomes in the area of Science for new andreturning staff
    Support thedevelopment of high-quality/effective Science instruction in theschool; observe and coach developing all teachers to improveinstructional planning, teaching practice, and the use of data,assessment, and instructional
    Work with teachers to refine anddevelop common standards-based pacing plans, and mid-year andend-of-year common assessments for each grade
    Work with various teams(leadership, coordinators, administrators, and teachers,) tofacilitate the analysis of data provided by diagnostics, commonassessments, and formative;
    Workwith leadership to develop policies and school structures thatfacilitate the improvement of Science instruction and theappropriate interventions and supports for
