- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure the professional growth and development of team members. Audit Reporting:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.
- 7 -10 years of progressive experience in operational auditing, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor audit teams effectively.
