- Lead and manage the design process for heritage preservation and restoration projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design strategies that balance historical significance, functionality, and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards for heritage preservation
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and address conservation and restoration needs
- Select and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and specialists as required
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in heritage preservation and restoration
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heritage design and preservation
- Strong knowledge of heritage conservation principles and international best practices
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Experience managing heritage projects from concept to completion
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
