    Job Purpose

    To develop and implement HCM strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectives, work closely with the HCM team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them, analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and development within the Company.

    1. Principal Accountabilities:

    HCM Planning Management

    1. Develop and implement Human Capital Management strategies
    2. Manage the process of reviewing and updating the departmental organizational structures to match with the Company's changes and directions from top to down levels and in details
    3. Coordinate with the Company's departments for the identification of work load and workforce requirements and analyse reports reflecting shortage and excess in manpower needs providing solutions when needed
    4. Manage the process of collecting and analysing workforce plan requests from departments and discuss with Director, OD & MPP for any changes required
    5. Conduct a gap analysis to identify shortcomings in the existing system design and suggest improvement opportunities and priorities to support the Company's capacity to move forward
    6. Research and understand best practices of high-performing organizations and promote knowledge to Director, OD & MPP
    7. Oversee the development of analytical reports highlighting areas of focus and suggest preventive and improvement measures to mitigate relevant risks
    8. Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities and gaps for growth and development

    People Management & Development

    1. Manage & evaluate employees' performance with continuous feedback on their assigned tasks and provide development opportunities to maximize the potential and engagement of employees
    2. Manage the talent pipeline through effective utilization of employee development programs, mentoring programs, career planning and succession planning
    3. Manage employees changes through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking best practice into account, changes in standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans

    Policies, Processes & Procedures

    1. Manage the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services
    2. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
    3. Ensure the implementation of various information security practices and standards to ensure compliance with relevant policies and the protection of Company data and information


    Qualification

    1. Specification

    Bachelor degree master is plus

    1. Years of Experience

    10 + years of relevant experience in HCM planning in construction

    • 3+ years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities

    Professional certificate is plus .
