As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of villas, buildings, and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects, including villas, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
