- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective client
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to inform sales strategies
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager
- Utilize sales tools and technology, such as CRM systems, to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing, advertising, technology or software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is preferred
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Knowledge of user-generated content, influencer marketing, and social media marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technology, such as video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Base compensation $70,000+ per year (negotiable)
- OTE $150,000+ per year
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-month probationary period, followed by a full-time offer upon mutual agreement
- Assistance with negotiating a full-time offer after the contract period ends
