    Our client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join their early-stage As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective You will play a critical role in the sales team by working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve revenue goals and drive business This is a remote position and requires a self-starter who is comfortable working

    Industry: Digital Marketing
    Product: UGC-like ads (user-generated content) for mobile games, apps, fintech, and edtech products for Facebook, Snapchat & TikTok/Spark ads
    Target Market: B2B, Startups, SMB
    Ideal Customer Profile: CMO, Head of User Acquisition, Creative Director in Mobile games & Apps
    Average deal size: $5,000
    Average sales cycle: 1-2 weeks
    Company size: 10

    Responsibilities:
    • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective client
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to inform sales strategies
    • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager
    • Utilize sales tools and technology, such as CRM systems, to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
    • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after


    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing, advertising, technology or software industry
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment is preferred
    • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
    • Knowledge of user-generated content, influencer marketing, and social media marketing is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
    • Proficiency in using sales tools and technology, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools
    • Familiarity with remote work tools and technology, such as video conferencing and collaboration tools


    Benefits

    • Base compensation $70,000+ per year (negotiable)
    • OTE $150,000+ per year
    • Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-month probationary period, followed by a full-time offer upon mutual agreement
