    MAIN JOBPURPOSE

    You will play a crucial role inpromoting our products and services to potential customers over thephone. Your primary responsibility will be generating sales leadsbuilding client relationships and closing deals remotely. Thisposition requires excellent communication skills a persuasivedemeanor and a customeroriented approach.

    KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

    1. Sales Generation:
      • Make outbound calls to prospective clients topromote our catering services and products.
      • Utilize various sales techniques to generate interestanswer inquiries and provide information about ourofferings.
      • Identify potential customersthrough market research lead generation and referrals.
      • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute tothe overall growth of the business.
    2. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientsby understanding their needs and preferences.
      • Listen attentively to customer requirements addressconcerns and provide appropriate solutions.
      • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction gatherfeedback and encourage repeat business.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Acquire indepth knowledge of our catering services menuoptions pricing and policies.
      • Stay updated onindustry trends competitor offerings and market dynamics toposition our products effectively.
    4. Order Processing and Documentation:
      • Accurately record customer details inquiriesand sales transactions in the CRM system.
      • Process customer orders including menu selections specialrequests and delivery logistics.
      • Collaboratewith relevant departments such as operations and finance to ensureseamless order fulfillment.
    5. Sales Reporting:
      • Prepare regularsales reports including lead status conversion rates and revenueforecasts.
      • Provide insights andrecommendations based on sales data to optimize performance andidentify areas for improvement.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a relatedfield
    • Proven work experience in a sales ortelemarketing role preferably in the catering or hospitalityindustry.
    • Excellent verbal communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive and confidentphone manner with the ability to build rapport withcustomers.
    • Strong negotiation and closingskills.
    • Selfmotivated and targetdriven withthe ability to work independently.
    • Proficientin using CRM software and other sales productivitytools.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changingbusiness needs and priorities.
    • Knowledge ofcatering services menu planning and food industry regulations is aplus
