Weare seeking an outgoing individual for our booking consultantposition As an consultant, you will be responsible for bookingamazing trips for clients for events and in destinations worldwideThis position is great for those who love to explore, grow theirknowledge and help others with;

Roles& Responsibilities

• Research, create, andexecute exceptional itineraries forclients
  
• Review individual needs and wantseach client to ensure you can cater for a trip specially designedto meet their needs
  
• Complete ongoing training to earnand maintain certification to booktravel
  
• Attend ongoing webinars withvendors and suppliers to become specialized with variousdestinations, vendors &events
  
• Work collaboratively with otherteam members
  
• Communicate and work with clientsto find an appropriatebudget
  
• Review and plan trips accordingto clients' needs, expectations and wants to include any specialrequests
  
• Create promotionalmaterials
  
• Stay up to date on changes withinthe tourism & hospitalityindustry
  
• Monitor restrictions that mayexist at variousdestinations
  
• Book all accommodation needs(airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/eventsales, etc )
  
• Effectively communicate withclients pre/posttravel
  
• Promptly respond to allinquires
  
• Effectively manage your time whenresearching trips and communicating withclients
  
• Handle issues that may ariseduring the bookings and/or trip forclients
  
• Network with tour operatorsregarding packages that offer toclients
  
• Participate in FAM trips whenpossible
  
  

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age andauthorized to work within the

Must be fluent inEnglish

Mustbe able to communicate with clients effectively (strong salesbackground a plus)

Must have a smartphone with internet access,laptop strongly recommended but notrequired

Personal travelexperience is a huge plus, however notrequired

Previous experience in customer service orhospitality is also a plus, but notrequired
