    Diagnose and resolve software andhardware incidents, including operating system and a wide range ofsoftware applications. Take ownership of issues by carrying outproblem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with theaim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible;escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.Accurately record, update and document requests using the ITservice desk system. Install and configure new IT equipment.Install and troubleshoot and repair both software,hardware andperipherals. Maintain a first class level of customer serviceensuring that all services (SLAs) are delivered to meet thecustomers expectations. Maintain excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Motivated team player with skills and abilityto manage changing priorities. Create, maintain and publishrelevant support documentation in order to assist all staff in thequick resolution of their incidents and service requests. Exhibit aflexible approach to providing coverage as needed on or afterhours. Have an in depth understanding of IT policies andprocedures.
