    Missions et activités principales
    The Human Resources (HR) & Staffing Manager is responsible for managing HR functions including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leaves.


    • Writes, reviews and implements Company's HR policies, procedures, performance methodology and tools,
    • Manages the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment, interviewing, negotiating packages, hiring, and manages onboarding of new staff members in the Company and/or a Project,
    • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy,
    • Provides support and HR guidance internally within SETEC Group and externally in a timely manner to service issues and requests,
    • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent,
    • Ensures comprehensive staff records are maintained,
    • Provides comprehensive staff data/analysis as required by Management,
    • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations,
    • Keep the candidates' dashboard uptodate,
    • Maintains compliance with Saudi employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance,
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law,
    Performs other HR-related duties as assigned.
