Role Summary:

• Review the project contract to ensure that execution complies with project's requirement.
• Perform and check work related to the estimation, quantity takeoff, preparation of project Invoice and verification from the Consultants.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor's variations and claims
• Identify deficiencies in contract documents.
• Preparation of project variations & claims
• Prepare RFQ packages before send RFQ to supplier and subcontractors to make quotations.
• Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor's variations and claims
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Make Technical Queries for any missing information (conflict and clarification) in documents.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineer.
• Minimum 6 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
