EssentialQualifications/Experience:

Provenworking experience of/with voice protocols: H.323, SIP, SIPoTLS,ISDN (E1/T1), MGCP,RTP
Provenoperational and configuration experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity,CiscoCUBE
Experiencewith virtual environments (ESXi, vSphere,vCenter)

DesirableQualifications/Experience:
IndustryCertification from Cisco: CCNACollaboration
CertifiedITILfoundation
Experiencewith CISCO Contact Centre Express(UCCX)
Experiencewith Microsoft Skype forBusiness
Provenknowledge on common monitoring solutions, e.g. CA Spectrum,SolarWinds, SNMP-basedtools
Deployment,configuration of secure voicefeatures
Experienceworking in an operations center or servicedesk
Scriptingexperience ideally inpython
Priorexperience of working in an international environment comprisingboth military and civilianelements

DUTIES/ROLE:
Responsiblefor the delivery of 2nd level technical support for Voice Services(incidents and servicerequests)
Preparedto do on-call support during out of business hours on a rotationbasis
Monitorthe voice infrastructure, coordinate with the centralised helpdeskand intervene whenrequired
Identifygaps and educate level 1 supportpersonnel
Preparedto work outside of business hours ifrequired
Assistsin logistic and asset management of voice servicesequipment
Maintenanceof core voice infrastructure (CUCM, SBCs and V2routers)
Collaboratewith local Customer Support Units (CSU) in remote sites in solvingcustomerissues
