    • Have strong programming skills: Shell andMSSQL.
    • Have an urge to collaborate andcommunicate asynchronously.
    • Have an urge todocument all the things so you don't need to learn the samething twice.
    • Have an enthusiastic, go-for-itattitude. When you see something broken, you can't help butfix it.
    • Have an urge for delivering quickly andeffectively, and for iterating fast.
    • Know VSCode, SSMS, and other IDEs.
