    Jobbrief:

    ouraim is to provide original natural and memorable service andexperience that inspire our guests to pause as a housekeepingsupervisor your main tasks is helping with daily housekeepingoperations and helping in monitoring housekeepers. We are lookingfor a curious creative and experienced leader to join our team ifyou are ready for this experience and equipped with the right toolsand ready for a unique journey then you arewelcomed.


    responsibilities:

    • inspectsguest rooms public areas pool etc. after being cleaned byHousekeeper to ensure qualitystandards
    • runssold room reports verify room status determine discrepant roomsprioritize room cleaning and update status of departing guestrooms
    • respondsto customer complaints and specialrequests
    • assignshousekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that theprescribed standards of cleanliness aremet
    • schedulesstaff shifts and organizing replacements asrequired
    • investigatesand addressing complaints regarding poor housekeepingservice
    • providestraining & educating on cleanliness tidiness and hygienestandards to the housekeepingstaff
    • motivatesteam members and resolve any issues that occur on thejob
    • regulatestaking inventory of cleaning supplies and refilling stock asneeded
    • issuescleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff asneeded
    • performsvarious cleaning duties in instances of staffshortages


    Requirements

    • excellentorganizational and team managementskills
    • relevantexperience in a similar position for at least 5years
    • previousexperience working in the hotel and hospitality industry working inresorts isplus
    • excellentcommunication skills (verbal andwritten)
    • selfmotivatedand creativeproblemsolver
