Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service and ensure positive customer experiences across multiple communication channels.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Specialist, You Will
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
Provide clear and accurate product or service information
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Follow internal service guidelines and performance metrics
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field
