• Experience in management or leadership role, preferably airports, infrastructure.
• Demonstrate ability in excellent project delivery.
• Proven track record of successful construction delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Strong collaborative behaviors to interface with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of the Middle East market and in particular the airbase, airports, buildings and utilities sectors is a distinct advantage.
• Technical leadership on large multi-disciplinary project delivery
• Lead single and multi-disciplinary discipline bids, with a clear focus on what is needed to win
• Build and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualities, manage and report on project performance
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the team

• Engineer, having university degree in civil, architectural or structural engineering from internationally recognized university, master in this field.
• Minimum experience 20 years in (PMP) management or supervision and design projects management certificate of which 5-10 years in the same office for engineering programs projects.
• Mastering engineering software and computer, preferable associate in project management field international organizations and associations.
• Good command of (reading, writing and speaking). Preferable who had worked in GCCC region in general and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular.
