    Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic and leading company specializing in the construction industry in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the Light Vehicles division, responsible for providing essential vehicle services to support the construction operations.

    Job Context: As the General Manager of Light Vehicles, you will play a crucial role in managing the vehicle services division, which includes maintaining and optimizing our fleet of light vehicles. Your focus will be on enhancing service quality, cost-efficiency, and operational effectiveness

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan tailored to the Light Vehicles division, aligning with the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the Light Vehicles division, ensuring the reliability and safety of the fleet. Implement best practices for maintenance, servicing, and efficient utilization of vehicles.
    • Assume responsibility for the financial health of the Light Vehicles division. Establish and monitor financial targets, budgets, and forecasts. Implement cost-effective measures and allocate resources efficiently.
    • Lead and mentor the Light Vehicles team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and professionalism. Set clear goals and objectives, and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
    • Identify opportunities for optimizing the fleet, including the procurement and retirement of vehicles. Implement strategies to minimize downtime, enhance vehicle performance, and reduce operational costs.
    • Ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards governing vehicle operations. Uphold the highest ethical and legal standards in all fleet-related activities.
    • Manage relationships with vehicle suppliers, service providers, and maintenance partners to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices in the field of vehicle management. Drive innovation and environmentally-friendly initiatives.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction , Engineering, or a related field.
    • MBA or a relevant degree is a plus
    • A minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role related to light vehicle fleet management.
    • Proven expertise in vehicle fleet management, including maintenance, safety, and cost control.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and optimizing operational costs.
    • Demonstrated success in leadership, team management, and fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices within the vehicle services sector.
