    The Systems HSEQ Manager will be responsible for the implementation and the re-certification of the ISO and transitional ISO The Manager will write policies and procedures relevant to the needs of the business in accordance with current legislation and industry best standards. The Manager will undertake audits throughout the business and will manage/ assist to all risk pertaining to the corporate risk register. The Manager will liaise with Directors and Senior Management in respect to compliance areas within their departments and will provide a support function to all areas of the business including the training of Dar Al Riyadh employees.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    •Collaborate with HSEQ - GM – CMS & DAR Al Riyadh senior leadership, CMS project managers and teams.

    •Provide the necessary support and direction to the DAR Al Riyadh Project teams and internal departments

    •Directs the performance of the HSEQ audit team and sets clear targets and objectives regarding external certification

    •Promotes and drives the HSEQ Management System throughout the business including updating and reviewing policies and procedures

    •Works in collaboration with the external auditors and active stakeholders

    •Implements HSEQ policies, operating procedures and practices for the department

    •To ensure that DAR Al Riyadh are delivering to international standards and meeting its strategic objectives as set by the department

    •Provides expertise and consultative guidance to all Dar Al Riyadh employees – Manages KPI's against the set objectives and improvement standards

    •Promote a positive culture by leading staff development initiatives that includes training of all Dar Al Riyadh employees

    •Undertake internal and external audits in relation to the scope of the international certification standard

    Qualifications Required:




    •Expert working knowledge regarding the implementation of Quality Management Systems

    •Strong management and interpersonal skills

    •High levels of personal credibility and gravitas.

    •Strong leadership ability with a dynamic mind-set.

    •Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with Senior Management and can influence decision making across all levels.

    •Bachelor Degree / NVQ Level Diploma).

    •Lead Auditors certification NVQ Level 4

    •Professional memberships to leading organizations

    •Evidence of continuous development program

    •CMIOSH – FMIIRSM – AIEMA

    •Experience of working in MENA regions and understanding the cultural ethics and expectations

    •Transferable knowledge of legislation standards and practices applicable to KSA and MENA regions

    •Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen combined with an analytical, creative and pro-active mind-set.

    •Excellent communication skills verbal and written with proven Client interface skills are essential.

    •Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
