    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee our last-mile delivery operations in our fashion eCommerce company.

    The Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate order deliveries.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Manage a team of delivery drivers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
    • Efficiently assign orders to drivers, optimize delivery routes, and monitor order progress
    • Generate and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
    • Quickly address and resolve operational issues and emergencies
    • Create and manage driver rosters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
    • Plan and schedule driver shifts based on demand forecasts and seasonal fluctuations
    • Monitor and control operational expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety training sessions
    • Maintain open communication with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the drivers & operations team
    • Utilize logistics and route optimization software for streamlined operations
    • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the operations team
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors, and monitor vendor performance
    • Forecast capacity needs and develop strategies to scale operations as needed
    Required Skills and Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
    • Proven experience in last-mile delivery operations or a similar role
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
    • Budget management experience is a plus
