- Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner.
- Adhere to work instructions.
- Perform daily maintenance checks before start of the shift.
- Perform the job as stipulated per company procedures/work instruction etc.
- Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
- Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the product meets the requirements.
- Inform the Coating Plant Superintendent / Supervisor/Leadman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
- Records Daily Production Reports Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation.
- Follow all the Company HSEMS QMS policies and procedures.
- Highschool graduate or equivalent
- 12 years of related experience in similar work environment
- Team player
- Flexible
- Normal English command (Nationals)
- Training certificates are plus
