    General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

    • Contributesto preparing project QA/QC procedures.
    • Consultswith other discipline leaders to ensure the smooth flow of vitalinformation necessary for scheduled completion ofconstruction.
    • Arranges support for the needs ofother discipline leads for input to theirefforts.
    • Supports the construction managementteam during construction andcommissioning.
    • Provides advice concerningdesign or scope changes identified forreview.
    • Regularly visits the site to inspectthe utility installation progress and identify nonconformances.Provide utility related insight on constructionissues.
    • Arrange regular meetings with thecontractor to review progress on utility submittals and siteissues.
    • Informs themselves of the relevantQuality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health PoliciesManuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensurescontinued compliance with these requirements while employed byHill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by thelinemanager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge andSkills:

    • BachelorsDegree in Engineering from an accredited University.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience incomprehensive mega projects Job role includes taking overallresponsibility for Electrical Engineer on megaprojects.
    • Technical Regulations and StandardsFamiliarity with applicable regulations industry standards and bestpractices related to utilityengineering.
    • Engineering Principles Stronggrasp of engineering principles including hydraulics pneumaticselectrical systems and mechanicalsystems.
    • Problemsolving Exceptionalproblemsolving skills to identify analyze and resolve technicalissues related to utility systems.
    • AnalyticalStrong analytical skills to evaluate data identify trends andoptimize system performance.
    • CommunicationEffective written and verbal communication skills to collaboratewith diverse teams present technical information clearly andinteract with stakeholders.
    • Project ManagementAbility to manage projects effectively plan and schedule taskstrack progress and meetdeadlines.
