Job description:

• Control and monitor passenger's safety, security and comfort on-board the trains and platforms.
• Perform crowd control on-board the trains and on the platforms with coordination with team members.
• Drive the trains when required.
• Rescue of trains during breakdowns and ability to recover the train if required.
• Perform evacuation of trains/platforms when required (e.g., fire alarm or any other kind of emergency)
• Perform corrective actions in terms of light maintenance of trains, track and stations.
• Act in a professional manner inside and outside of the company.
• Provide first-aid assistance and fire-fighting support when required.
• Readiness in terms of operation and safety requirements, including but not limited to wearing safety shoes, uniform, tools and radios.
• Report errors, missing items, breakdowns and irregularities to the Operation Control Center.
• Ensure the application of safety and security requirements by the Railways Authority and client.
• Collect and report lost property items according to guidelines.
• Act in accordance with company plan, rules and procedures.
• Follow the instructions of the on-duty supervisor and the Operation Control Center.
• Perform corrective actions in terms of light maintenance of escalators, elevators, AFC System, Fire alarm system.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to communicate easily and effortlessly in English and Arabic, in speech and writing.
• Command of IT at user level is also welcomed.

Days & Hours of presence on site::

Working on shift (morning, afternoon)
