- Accountable for day to daydelivery of all project managementtasks.
- Develop the client brief and ProjectExecution Plans to suit the specific requirements of theproject.
- Fully manage and handle localgovernment approvals process.
- Administercomplex contracts, proactively managing and confirming thecompliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms andconditions.
- Assist with the compilation oftender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contractnegotiations, award of contracts and clientreporting.
- Develop project documentation,programs, master budget, etc.
- Produce reportsto suit relevant stages of theprojects.
