    Job Summary

    The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the developmentlaunch and ongoing management of our

    digitalinsurance products ensuring alignment with business goals andcustomer needs. He/she will be actively

    involved in developing smart insurance solutions in the retailspace performing research and market assessment

    designing new propositions and implementingproduct rollout plan in line with Tree product portfolioaspirations

    and overarching strategy. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in product managementdigital

    technology and the insurance industry.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop andexecute the product strategy and roadmap for digital insuranceproducts including defining
    • product visionfeatures and enhancements.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including engineering design marketing andsales to deliver
    • highquality digital insurancesolutions on time and within budget.
    • Conductmarket research competitive analysis and customer feedback toidentify market trends
    • opportunities andcustomer pain points.
    • Define and prioritizeproduct features based on customer value business impact andtechnical feasibility
    • using agile productdevelopment methodologies.
    • Work closely withtechnology teams to ensure successful implementation andintegration of digital
    • insurance productsincluding API integrations and data analyticscapabilities.
    • Monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance userengagement and
    • business impact and iterate onproduct features based on datadriveninsights.
    • Collaborate with marketing andpartnership teams to develop gotomarket strategies positioningand
    • messaging for digital insurance productsand support sales enablement efforts.
    • Developpartnership strategy for our retail products collaborating withinthe team to identify target
    • segments customersand opportunities.
    • Develop and implementstrategies to meet or exceed sales targets set by management forthe 2024 portfolio.
    • Provide recommendations ondetermining product KPIs assessment tools and frameworks toenable
    • effective monitoring of productperformance.
    • Recommend improvements onportfolio expansion opportunities and ideas to ensure alignmentwith preset
    • strategy andtargets.
    • Identify existing products requiringupdate/improvement (i.e. new features) in coordination withportfolio
    • analysis andreporting.
    • Prepare product filing documentationto ensure alignment with internal and national policies prior toits roll
    • out.
    • Developproduct business case and recommend improvements to secure approvalof the product committee
    • and externalregulators.
    • Provide regular updates and reportson sales performance (tracking against budget) market trendsand
    • competitive landscape to senior managementand stakeholders.
    • Stay informed about industrytrends emerging technologies and regulatory changes impacting thedigital
    • insurance landscape and incorporateinsights into product strategy androadmap.
    Requirements

    Skills& Qualifications
    • Bachelors degreein Business Marketing Engineering or related field; MBA or advanceddegree preferred.
    • 4 years of experience inproduct management.
    • Proven track record ofsuccessfully launching and managing innovative products fromconcept to launch in
    • a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Experience in working with squadswith the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams toachieve
    • sharedgoals.
    • Excellent communication collaborationand interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engageand
    • influence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
    • Experience with Agile developmentmethodologies and product management tools (e.g. JiraTrello
    • Productboard).
    • Understanding of technology andsoftware development processes with the ability toeffectively
    • communicate with technical teamsand assess technical feasibility of productfeatures.
    • Familiarity with product analyticsA/B testing and datadrivendecisionmaking.
    • Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment adapting to changing priorities andovercoming
    • challenges with resilience anddetermination.
    • Good knowledge of the insuranceindustry.
