    Job Description

    Strategic Trailblazer:

  • Boldly take risks and make difficult decisions that propel the PR agency into the future.
  • Transform capabilities, inspire and engage talent, and set the vision and strategic direction of the client's PR business through consultative partnership.
  • Drive agnostic collaboration/interdependency, growth mindset, adaptive gene, resilience, savviness in Data/Technology, consultative selling, and commercial acumen.
  • Strategic PR Consultancy and Input:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships, overseeing overall performance, profitability, growth, and reputation.
  • Take responsibility for all outcomes, quality control, and the health of the relationship with the PR client across all disciplines, practices, and facets of the business.
  • Generate year-on-year revenue growth supported by visionary PR business plans in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Knowledge & Skills Development:

  • Proactively seek solutions in partnership with the CEO and other leadership roles.
  • Drive innovation and creative thinking to deliver tangible business results in the PR sector.
  • Challenge conventional thinking in a constructive manner.
  • Develop and drive the skills matrix required to service PR accounts end-to-end, collaborating with the talent team.
  • Product & Creative Excellence in PR:

  • Drive creative excellence by adding value to the PR client's brief, challenging their thinking while inspiring rich media-neutral creative propositions that resonate with the PR audience.
  • Foster an environment encouraging the pursuit of excellence in effective and innovative PR ideas while partnering with the strategic and creative counterparts to achieve PR business goals.
  • Experience in PR strategy development, analytical techniques, and complex problem-solving.
  • Experience in upselling PR services and being able to monetize them.
  • Operational:

  • Oversee the strategic communication management, planning, and creative process in the PR domain.
  • Allocate and assign talent from different PR disciplines on projects accordingly.
  • Manage PR budgets on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
  • Keep accurate records of PR campaigns against client-agreed contractual scope.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all delivery and reporting of PR campaigns are done on time and with zero errors.
  • Responsible and accountable for the hygiene of the PR account end-to-end, including operations, reporting, financial management, account data, and intellectual capital.
  • Leadership & Talent Management:

  • Act as a highly articulate and persuasive writer, speaker, and storyteller in the context of PR.
  • Nurture a working environment where diversity, unique perspectives, inclusivity, and collaboration thrive in the PR field.
  • Responsible for end-to-end PR team management, including goal setting, strategy development, and KPI measurement framework.
  • Conduct effective Career Conversations that are cascaded to each member of the PR team.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree is a must and a master's degree is a plus.
    - At least 15 years of experience in communication and advertising and managing clients.
    years' experience in managing and coaching successful teams.
    - A strong record of accomplishment of meeting or beating revenue goals and set KPIs.
    - A strong network of senior level industry professional and experts.
    - Demonstrated success at building industry leading intellectual capital, processes, and ideas.
    - 5 Years of demonstrated hands on experience in performing strategic planning and leadership.
    - Thorough understanding of all aspects of selling, designing, performing, and delivering large complex projects.
    - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to teach and mentor direct reports.
    - Project management skills with ability to co-ordinate multiple projects of different scales simultaneously.
    - Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
    - Ability to communicate across all levels of clients (from executive to C-level) and all levels of the agency/client.
