• Utilizesphysicians orders and professional skills
  
• Developsand implements a plan of care that meets each patients specificneeds and follows accrediting organization standards, federal andstate regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as theorganizations policies and
  

Requirements

• Graduateof an accredited school of nursing
  
• BSN(preferred)
  
• Currentlicensee as a nurse (RN or LPN) in the State of
  

Required:

• Minimumof two (2) years of nursing in a hospice/Oncologysetting
  
• CurrentMichigan drivers license and/or reliabletransportation
