Responsibilities
Portfolio Manager responsible for the execution of Major Capital Projects, including Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design and PMC services.

Bid Preparation:

Lead the preparation for comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for engineering and PMC services projects, Present and articulate proposals to client during the bidding process with effective communication.

Execution:

Responsible for Project execution accountable for client satisfaction work closely with project team and give guidance to them to ensure that projects are executed as per plans and procedures.

Ensure that projects and bids are in compliance with Contract scope, regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Portfolio Control:
Monitor and manage financial aspects of projects including cost control and cash collection. Effective risk management to prepare mitigation plans in a timely manner and give update to executive team.


Portfolio Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project and bid with respect to Safety, Quality, Schedule, change management, Profitability, and Saudization.

Regular monitoring performance against these metrics.

Resource Allocation:
Optimize resource allocation through proactive communication with functional managers to ensure that optimum resources are assigned to portfolio.

Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders including project team, functional managers, executive team.


Qualifications
Minimum 12 years experience in Oil & Gas and/or Energy sector.
At least 8 years experience in project management (Project Manager and/or project Director). Experience EPC and/or PMC projects.
Able to complete projects from start to finish (Mega Projects internationally).
Good leadership skills and culture values.
Good negotiation skills.
Understanding financial balance sheet, contract terms, change management, risk management, etc
Experience with GES and Aramco desirable but not essential
Exposure to Middle East desirable
