Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding to KSA's labor law, Saudization Country practices, comfortable in using all related governmental systems.
• Strong in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Country's Compensation & Benefits schemes, Change management, company culture development.
• Business Partner to the country management team.

Main Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent people management and leadership skills (recruitment/selecting/coaching/conflict management/performance management).
• Good communications skills to work with all level of employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing/behavioral assessment techniques
• Is familiar with entrepreneurial matters.
• High degree of accountability, credibility and assertiveness.
• Ability to positively influence with integrity.
• Team player.

Qualification:

• Position available only for Saudi Nationals.
• 6-8 years of experience.
• High level education preferably complimented by strong HR diploma or related specialized study/disciplines.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
